SPRING/FALL BASKETBALL CLINICS, VOLLEYBALL CLINICS, FLAG FOOTBALL, WINTER BASEBALL CLINICS, PRE-K SOCCER, FUTSAL

  • A participant canceling prior to the first day of class will receive a full refund in the manner in which they paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • A participant canceling after class begins, whether or not they attended, will receive a pro-rated refund in the manner in which they paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • No refund after the fourth class whether or not participant attended.
  • Canceling due to medical reasons will be pro-rated. Written verification from a physician is required. 

FALL BASEBALL CLINICS/SUMMER BASEBALL CAMPS

  • A participant canceling prior to the first day of class will receive a refund in the manner in which they paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • A participant canceling after the class begins, whether or not they attended, will receive a pro-rated refund in the manner in which they paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • Canceling due to medical reasons will be pro-rated. Written verification from a physician is required. 

WINTER BASKETBALL PROGRAM - 1ST THROUGH 8TH GRADE

  • If you apply for a refund before the day of the draft for your child's grade, you will receive a full refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • If you apply for a refund after teams are made and before the season begins, you will receive a 90% refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • If you apply for a refund after the season begins, and before the second game, you will get a 70% refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • No refund will be given after the second game.
  • Canceling due to medical reasons will be pro-rated. Written verification from a physician is required. 

WINTER BASKETBALL PROGRAM - 9TH-12TH GRADE

  • If you try out and make the DHS team, you will get a full refund in the manner in which you  paid as long as you apply before December 31st.
  • If you apply for a refund before the draft, you will receive a full refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • If you apply for a refund after teams are made and before the season begins, you will receive a 90% refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
  • If you apply for a refund after the season begins, and before the second game, you will get a 70% refund in the manner in which you paid. A $20 processing fee will be charged.
