Welcome to the online home of the Darien YMCA Basketball program. We offer year round basketball programs for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our winter basketball programs have over 1500 participants!

WINTER HOUSE BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

DARIEN YMCA WINTER BASKETBALL REGISTRATION
Members: September 30th at 10:00am
Non-Members: October 14th at 10:00am
This is for grades Kindergarten through 12th.
*We highly recommend that if you plan to try out for travel basketball you register for house basketball to secure a place in the program. Space is limited on all levels and programs will fill up.

3)In the left drop down box select “Winter 13-14”
4)In the middle drop down box select your grade level
5)In the right drop down box select the team you wish to view
On the “Bulletins” screen you will find any notes or news posted by the team Manager or Coach
On the “Schedules” screen you will find the most up to date practice, clinic, and game schedules. Be sure to check this page once or twice a week as changes always happen. There are printable versions as well.
On the “Calendar” screen you will find all of the same info from the “Schedules” screen only in a Calendar format. You can print this out as well.
To view the “Rosters” screen you will need a password. The password is “swish”. Here you can view the players names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. You can view the coaches and managers info as well. It is password protected so that any random person who is web surfing can’t gain access to your personal info. Make sure to leave the username/email section empty.
On the “Results” screen you will find the scores from all of your past games.
This boy won the shirt by winning a reading competition in the 5th grade. He is a native Xhosa speaker and speaks no English outside of school but bravely got up and read a passage in class which was very difficult. He wears the shirt all the time! This boy lives outside of Franschhoek in South Africa.
